本片根据真实事件改编而成，讲述了中国共产党唯一的女创始人向警予的传奇的一生。年轻的向警予在与毛泽东相遇之后为其独特的领袖气质所影响，毅然决然前往第一女子师范求学，在学有所成之后回到家乡独自创办淑浦女校。向警予内心坚信唯有知识才能改变命运、有了知识才能改变中国的现状。她怀揣着远大抱负赴法求学，在那里结识了与自己同样一腔热血的蔡和森并组成“向蔡同盟”。留洋归来的向警予、蔡和森与毛泽东等人一起创立中华民族有史以来最伟大的党派—中国共产党。向警予作为唯一的女创始人，又凭借其博学的知识、才干先后当选中央委员、第一任妇女部长、中央政治局委员和国民党中央妇女运动委员会书记。1925年，向警予更是领导了震惊中外的五卅运动，正是这样伟大的人却于1928.5.1日壮烈牺牲，年仅32岁

This film is adapted from real events and tells the legendary life of Xiang Jingyu, the only female founder of the Communist Party of China. The young Xiang Jingyu was influenced by his unique charisma after meeting Mao Zedong, and resolutely went to the No. 1 Women's Normal School to study, and returned to his hometown to establish Shupu Girls' School on his own. Xiang Jingyu firmly believes that only knowledge can change destiny, and knowledge can change the status quo in China. She went to France to study with great ambitions, where she met Cai Hesen, who was as passionate as herself, and formed the "Xiang Cai League". Xiang Jingyu, Cai Hesen, Mao Zedong and others who returned from studying abroad jointly founded the greatest party in the history of the Chinese nation-the Communist Party of China. As the only female founder, Xiang Jingyu was successively elected as a member of the Central Committee, the first women's minister, a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee, and secretary of the Central Women's Movement Committee of the Kuomintang by virtue of her erudite knowledge and talents.
